WORKSHOPS AND COACHING

Esther Austin is a qualified Life Coach and also runs a series of empowerment workshops.  They range from  day workshops, a series of 4 days to weekend retreats.  Workshops and retreats are held in various locations around the country, but predominantly at the beautifully calming and natural venue of Future Living, Primrose Cottage in Harlow, literally 40 minutes from London.  Here you have access to a beautiful meditation garden, and plenty of open space. 

She runs more basic workshops on Self-Esteem and Confidence Building.   Below are some of her tailor made workshops which have a specific and deeper  focus on the individual self.

Finding the Voice of Stillness Within - Date to be confirmed

This  workshop is for Individuals who feel they have not been able to fully express their true voice and feelings and who now want to be able to openly and assertively express themselves. Women are naturally expressive & represent who they are through their voice powerfully communicating their views, feelings & passion in order to enrol people into their ideas, and concepts.  Therefore each woman is unique and finds expression through her voice and her actions through various mediums.

This workshop will explore how as individuals we hand over so much of our personal power through silencing our voice and by allowing others to silence our voice and expression of truth. 

Through dance, meditation (in their beautiful meditation Garden at Primrose Cottage), visualisation, creative writing and discussion, individuals will be able to re-acquaint and fully express  themselves once again

The subject of forgiveness is as complex and powerful as it is important to deal with in terms of the general well being of our mind, body and spirit.  The psychological impact of understanding the power behind forgiveness goes deeper than we realise.  Yet often times, people struggle with this gesture, blinded by hate, fury, resentment and pain.  Yet by not allowing ourselves to forgive, the only person we truly hurt, maime and destroy is ourselves. 

 

Remember to forgive does not mean you condone someone’s actions, it is just a way to release yourself from something that ultimately self-destructs

 

This workshop will look at various scenarios around the power of forgiveness and explore these.  This will be an interactive workshop using extracts from the powerful film “The Power of Forgiveness” by Journey Films to engage in discussion and debate.  The film provides an honest look at the intensity of grief and anger and looks at the role forgiveness holds in various faiths traditions. The film also shows that there are transgressions people find themselves unwilling or unable to forgive.
